Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) differs from traditional talk therapy as it not only brings clarity and understanding, it also brings life-changing healing throughout our minds, bodies and souls.
EFT is a simple yet powerful technique designed to take our central nervous system from 'fight/flight' mode to 'rest/repair' mode, while exploring the presenting issue(s). By tapping lightly on a number of meridian (or energy) points on the head and around the upper body we gain access to our 'subconscious mind' which is often silent to our 'conscious mind' and it is from our subconscious mind that clarity starts to emerge and the healing can begin.
We are the sum of all our lifes experiences. We all have good and bad experiences in the journey of being human, and these experiences shape us and our beliefs, and significantly our beliefs shape our lives; beliefs about ourselves and the world around us.
Matrix Reimprinting adds a beautiful layer to the EFT healing process by addressing the false and unhealthy beliefs that we have identified through EFT. Through a gentle yet extremely powerful journey of regression, coupled with EFT, we replace the untruths with truths, bringing often much needed healing to our younger selves, thereby clearing out some old heavy energy and replacing it with fresh new energy, which can be felt almost immediately and always sustainably.
This wonderful process takes us from simply surviving in life to thriving in life.
I always recommend approximately 4 sessions, but you can often feel progress after 1, and depending on the presenting issue(s) and how long you have lived with them, we can sometimes need more. We are led by what the subconscious reveals.
